Your information
Last updated 4 November 2026.
This page explains what personal information Long Room & Co. Photography, Calgary, Alberta, collects and what we do with it. We aim to handle it carefully and in line with Alberta privacy law.
What we collect
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, including your name and contact details.
- Order details when you buy through our Pixieset galleries, such as your name, email address and, for prints, your delivery address.
- Photographs of people playing cricket at matches we cover, and of families and guests at the portrait sessions and events we are booked for.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, deliver your photographs, make and post prints, and keep records of our sales. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Pixieset hosts our galleries and orders. Our payment provider takes your payment, and a print lab receives the name and address needed to post a print. Each of them has its own privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services with their own policies.

Photographs of you
We photograph people at cricket matches and publish the photographs in galleries and on Instagram. If you would like a photograph of you taken down, tell us and we will remove it.
Portrait sessions and events are different. We deliver those photographs to the person who booked them, and we will not publish them without asking first.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
